Description

What is LipoDissolve? It is a series of microinjections administered every 2 weeks for an average of 6 treatments to permanently dissolve away unwanted fat. How does it work? The PCDC solution is injected into the subcutaneous fat layer where it is absorbed by the fat cells. An inflammatory response is then generated and the fat cell hardens and ruptures. The immune system then removes the fat and debris through our bodies normal metabolic pathways. Is it safe?It has been used cosmetically since the late 1980's to treat isolated fatty deposits on the face and body. To date, over 50,000 treatments have been performed with no serious side effects ever being reported. What can I expect from the treatments?Using a small needle, 6-7 injections per sight are given. Immediately following injections, a burning or stinging sensation is felt. The treated area then gets red, swollen, tender and hot to the touch for a few days. Bruising, itching and temporary numbness and nodule formation are all possible. When will I see results?Mostpatients typically see improvements after the 3rd or 4th treatment. The average number of treatments for completion is 6, administed every 2-4 weeks. Faces respond quickly, usually after 2-3 treatments. What areas can be treated?*Upper Abs *Lower Abs *Eyes *Chin *Jowls *Lovehandles *Arms *Hips *Thighs *Lower Back *Knees Are there any contraindications? There are certain conditions which would prevent treatment. After a review of your medical history, your provider will determine if any apply to you. In general, an ideal candidate will be healthy and within a normal range of their ideal body weight. Realistic expectations are also necessary.
